The game is open to the public. Please invite your friends and family. We want to pack the stands for this exciting event.

Concessions will be sold during the game. All proceeds will benefit future homeschool sporting events and will help offset the cost of facilities rental and officials.

 Homecoming Dance
Saturday, Sept 19th

Columbus , GA

cost: $5 each

Following the game festivities, we will continue on Saturday  with an evening of fun.  So put on your dancing shoes and join us for a great night of music and dance. 

The homecoming  dance is for any homeschoolers in Middle School or High School and their guest. Guest should be between the ages of 12-20.

The cost is $5 per person at the door. Refreshments are included in the cost.

Attire for the evening is “semi-formal” (in other words, fancy church clothes).

 Chaperones will be present and all music will have Christian lyrics.Parents are asked to drop off and pick up students at Golden Acres in a timely manner.

Queen

 Keri Barrow
Keri is a sophomore this year.  She enjoys playing volleyball, soccer, basketball, and football, running track, riding her two horses, water skiing and tubing, and hanging out with her friends. Keri is an Auburn fan and also pulls for the Texas Longhorns. She is active in her church and enjoys keeping the nursery . Her favorite singers / bands are Brad Paisely and Tenth Avenue North.

Claire DiQuattro
I played soccer volleybal and basketball loved it becuse we have such great coaches. I am a very down to earth girl who loves being with family and friends.

Kelsey Doan
Kelsey Doan is a junior this year.  She plays volleyball, basketball, and soccer for Golden Acres.  She enjoys playing the piano, listening to music, and doing anything artistic in her free time.  Friends and family are a big part in her life, and couldn’t go on without them.  She is active in her youth group at NorthStar Community Church, and loves Jesus and puppies.

Rebekah Moon
Bekah Moon is a sophmore this year,she is our Golden Acres mascot,plays on Golden Acres volleyball, basketball and soccer team.She is very involved in her church,helping with the kids and  participating in the youth. Over the summer she went on a missions trip to Costa Rica,she had an amazing time and hopes to one day go back. Bekah enjoys hanging out with friends,playing volleyball and serving God and just living life!

Olivia Owens
Hi, my name is Olivia Owens and I'm 14 years old. I like doing things with my church and I enjoy playing volleyball. I love Converse Tennis Shoes and Jesus!!!!

 

King

Caleb Barrow Caleb is a senior this year. He enjoys hanging out with friends, playing GACS football and soccer, going to his church youth group, listening to Christian rock/screamo music, catching snakes, making people laugh, and watching Auburn football.

Sam DiQuattro
I come from a family of thirteen children. I've been homeshcooled all my life.  I've played basketball, baseball and football for two years with Golden Acres.  My favorite sport is football 


 

James Rhodes
James is playing football this year for the Lions and is a member of Ladonia Baptist Church.

Jacob Schlagel
Jacob Schlagel is a Sophomore this year and is in his sixth year of homeschool.  He enjoys various sports and is on the GACS Football team for the third year.  His favorite music is Christian rock including bands such as Thousand Foot Krutch and Skillet. In his free time, he enjoys playing with his baby sister, Alora and his dogs.

Ryan Veal
Ryan Veal is a Junior this year. He has played football with the Golden Acres Lions for three years, and was on the first Golden Acres baseball team this spring. He enjoys drawing, watching movies, being involved with his church youth group, and hanging out with friends and family.
