Hello! We're glad that you are interested in sports for homeschoolers in the area. First off, we are organized through Golden Acres Christian School (GACS). GACS is a church school that allows families to be able to comply with Alabama homeschooling laws. Now you are probably thinking that since you are not enrolled in GACS that you cannot participate in these sports. We are opening athletic enrollment to families in both states. Enrollment

Homeschooling students in Georgia and Alabama will be allowed to enroll in GACS through a special athletic enrollment..  Families will be able to enroll for athletics with GACS by completing a registration form and paying an athletics fee. Equipment fees and uniform costs are in addition to the athletics fee and will vary depending on the sport. Students will also need to be in compliance with the homeschooling laws in their state to be able to participate. Documentation of compliance will be required. Georgia families will need to provide a copy of their intent to homeschool and copies of their monthly attendance forms. Alabama families not already enrolled with GACS for academics will need to provide a copy of their enrollment form with a church school or private tutor. Families already enrolled with GACS will use their academics enrollment as their documentation. All students must provide a copy of their birth certificate at the time of enrollment.
